With a professional real estate career spanning over two decades, Janissa has built a legacy anchored in stewardship, strategic acquisition, and community advocacy. Since her first foundation in Pennsylvania in 2002, she has successfully managed a diverse 13-property portfolio across the U.S. and is now leading JEM-Si, LLC’s expansion into premier international hospitality and sustainable land development in East and West Africa. A graduate of Tuck School of Business executive education, Janissa bridges high-level business strategy with a deep commitment to social impact.
